Rethinking the Arts and the City in the Time of COVID-19

One of the roles of festivals is to connect and interweave the arts and the city and to mediate audiences
and our contemporary society through the lens of the arts. This session is focused on the relationship
between the arts and the city in the post-COVID-19 era, suggesting new ways of thinking for different
models of ideal festivals in the near future.
