and producers will share their thoughts and experiences that will help for musicians to

Cecilia Soo-jeong Yi is the executive manager for Zandari Festa, Korea’s premier independent and international showcase festival. In 2018, she co-founded “DMZ Peace Train Music Festival”, taking charge of booking and international relationships.

Glenn Dickie is the Export Music Producer for SOUNDS AUSTRALIA responsible for the development, direction and coordination of SOUNDS AUSTRALIA’s representation at key international music markets and events throughout the world, including and not limited to; Folk Alliance International, SXSW, Americanafest, SummerStage The Great Escape. Jazzahead, Reeperbahn Festival, Classical:Next, PrimaveraPro & ADE as well as hosting trade missions into South America & exploring new market events in Asia.
Glenn’s background is in A&R, Marketing and Publicity after spending more than a decade at EMI Music Australia working with artists such as You Am I, JET, Miami Horror, Ricki-Lee, Katy Perry and Lily Allen.
In addition, he spent 12 years on air at Melbourne’s 3RRRFM and was a touring drummer and DJ.
Weining is the co-founder of LUCfest, a three-day showcase festival and conference in Tainan, Taiwan. She has always been a force for getting Asian musicians into European market. She is also the international manager for emerging artists like Phum Viphurit and ADOY.
All over the years, she develops good knowledge of music market, especially Asia and Europe. Nowadays, Weining splits her time between Asia and Europe and passionate about stimulating networking activities and building Asian music industry platform.
