Challenges and questions for the change of International mobility:
For all that, why do we need to connect?

* Organized by New Connections in association with the KAMS Connection https://newconnections.tistory.com/
New Connections was a research project interviewing 14 artists, producers, networking connectors in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The research explored how international exchange and mobility had changed in the post-COVID-19 era,
with the ongoing mobility crisis making international exchange based on physical movement difficult or uncertain.
Based on what the researchers found, this session will discuss challenges and questions about the change
in international mobility and explore future of art and international mobility with four panelists.

Mathias Prinz

I studied music and literature at a university that combines cultural theory and art practice. My group machina eX was founded there and we have been making game-theatre ever since, lucky enough to turn it into a profession. At machina eX I work as a game designer, dramaturg and sound designer. Apart from my work with machina, I also work freelance as a musician, composer and game designer.
Machina eX was founded in 2010. As a group, we try to understand and use the possibilities of digital games and put them in unusual contexts. Most of our work has been combining game mechanics and theatre methods.
