We invite you to the mystic forest of ‘NeNeNe’ where a mysterious three-eyed monster and dancing teacup await you!
<NeNeNe> is a nonverbal performance full of imagination and intuition!
It is a pleasant journey to discover the relationship between sound and shape with dance and miming.
<NeNeNe> is a performance co-produced by Sangsangmaru and Zebradans of Sweden to jointly enter the world children's performance market in celebration of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and Sweden. <NeNeNe> is a nonverbal performance that explores the relationship between form and sound that surrounds us based on intuition and imagination, and expresses everyday emotions such as joy, sadness, boredom, and joy from a child's unique and creative perspective. By combining elements such as dance, play, and miming, children can experience various nonverbal expressions directly and indirectly. The core message of this performance is that ‘Everything is connected’. Like the core message, Sangsangmaru, which specializes in story-based performances, and Zebradans, a professional dance theater company for young audiences, tried their best to put their own characteristics into the performance harmoniously through individual and joint rehearsals, to connect with young audiences worldwide.
<NeNeNe> is a 50-minute-long performance including a show led by actors and featuring art play with the young audience. The art play was designed to help the audience engage with the actors on the stage even under the non-contact conditions in the corona era. We hope that this art play will give the audience the extraordinary experience of shaping their bodies turning into a form of dance as objects on the stage turning into a whole new thing.
