<Melies Illusion> is a cine-performance inspired by Georges Méliès, who is the first film director to have introduced ‘fiction’ into the world of cinema, making the world’s first science-fiction movie ‘Le Voyage dans la lun’. This piece includes Méliès’ creation made from the vision of illusion, phantasm, and optical illusion where real performance and virtual videos converge.

EGPROJECT

Eg Project is an art group that has created its own unique expression techniques through an experimental new genre called ‘performance illusions’. It changes visual movements into movements of thinking based on questions produced by new work activities crossing various genres such as miming, magic, shadow play, motion graphics, and marionettes.
